BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. The house is located on the sunny side of Lucerne. The rooms have a separate entrance with a private garden seating area and a cosy viewing area with a view of the lake, mountains and the city of Lucerne. You can reach small bathing bays or the nearby castle park with the imposing Meggenhorn Castle on foot in 5-20 minutes. The 9-hole public golf course Meggen invites you to relax. The bus station is about 100 m away. You can reach the tourist highlights in 5-10 minutes.

Wir freuen uns sehr, unser wunderschönes Zuhause für Gäste zu öffnen, wenn wir es selbst nicht nutzen können. Es ist ein kleineres Reihenhaus (77m2). Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern (Doppelbetten: 180x200 cm) und einem Badezimmer. Im UG ist die Küche, das Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Terrasse mit atemberaubender Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Es ist ein Rückzugs- und Entspannungsort mit Blick in die Natur. Entspannt euch auf der Lounge und geniesst die Erholungszeit!

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
