Nice 2-room 3* independent in secure villa, with terrace and parking, ideally located on the heights of Aix-Les-Bains, between lake and mountains. 3 minutes from highway access, 5 minutes from the hyper center, 10 minutes from the lake and about 20 minutes from the ski resorts. Fully equipped, everything has been thought out for your comfort. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and terrace. Private parking.

In a renovated house above the lake , the view is breathtaking. this 19m2 studio, independent on the ground floor with all the amenities you will need for a pleasant time . You can walk by the lake in 5 minutes and enjoy a nice setting. Knowing the surroundings very well, I could advise you on the many opportunities for walks and "good" plans . I'm always available .

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. You will enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private spa available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults.
