We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Family home remodeled in 2017. With friends and family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping grounds, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles for small children or people with reduced mobility.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
