Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Elke's studio at the bottom of the dike

In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Studio OverWater just over the water, beautifully central

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

Cozy studio for 2 people close to the beach

Would you like to go to Zoutelande with the two of you? Then this is an ideal place to stay. The studio was completed in 2021 and fully equipped. You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

This new accommodation is tastefully decorated. Bicycle distance from both Vlissingen, beach and Middelburg. Close to NS station Oost Souburg in a quiet residential area studio sleeps 2 people. All comforts comforts with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).

De Eiken Balk

De Eiken Balk is een vakantiehuisje met een comfortabele inrichting. Een afgescheiden ligging qua privacy. Open vanaf juni 2021 Deze accommodatie biedt precies wat je als stel zoekt qua locatie en faciliteiten. Het huisje heeft een eigen oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto’s. De Eiken Balk ligt op 2 km van het strand en 650m van het winkelcentrum ( Jumbo, Lidl en Kruidvat)
