In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Beach House The Beach House is one of the stylish suites at Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee, with its own private entrance, located in the centre of Vlissingen. This charming two-room apartment features a living room with a cosy seating area and dining table, a separate bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A new and nice luxury apartment in the center of Middelburg. Comfortable bed and bathroom, high finish level and style. The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. Everything is around the corner... breakfast, bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants and all the old buildings. Parking of car or motorcycle in private courtyard. On one of the most beautiful streets in the village of Zouteland, this lovely, bright and beautifully furnished 5-person apartment is for rent. It was completely renovated in spring 2018. It is located on the ground floor in a house with a total of 5 apartments. In the garden, a private garden house is available with garden table and chairs, small kitchen with refrigerator, barbecue and washing machine. The beach is 100 meters away and shops and restaurants are only 300 meters away.

With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There is free parking at the door. The cottage is part of a double house in a street in the village. Bicycles are available for rent 300 m from the cottage.
