The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Rustic Villa

This villa is located in the small village of Golubovo, not far from Bale and Barbari. The location is ideal for a real family vacation, and the beautiful nature and beaches are only a few kilometers away, and in about 20 minutes by car you can visit the larger cities: Rovinj and Pula. The villa can accommodate 9 people, on the ground floor of this warmly furnished villa there is a living room with kitchen and fireplace, as well as a bedroom and bathroom, while the other rooms and bathrooms are on the floor of the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of the old town. The balcony overlooks an endless beautiful view of the city, the city bell tower and the sea. The apartment is 5 km from the sea with beautiful beaches in Fažana, Peroj and Barbariga. The property has private parking, a children's playground with swings, billiards and table football. Next to the pool, guests have a shower, 6 deck chairs, quality garden furniture and two barbecues (grill and gas).
