Was diese einzigartige Wohnung am meisten auszeichnet: Der unvergleichlich schöne Ausblick, sowohl vom geräumigen Balkon aus auf die fränkische Schweiz, als auch vom Laubengang vor der Eingangstür auf die Festspiel- und Universitätsstadt Bayreuth. 5min bis zur Autobahn, lediglich 20km bis nach Chemnitz, 60km bis nach Leipzig, 90km bis nach Dresden und dennoch mitten in einer Oase aus Natur, Bächen und Teichen, Wiesen und Wälder, Ruhe und das entspannende Rauschen des Wassers. Chic attic flat with balcony in small city villa surrounded by listed art nouveau villas. Two nice bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room hall and opulent bathroom with nice balcony. Our apartment is ideal for 2 people, it is also suitable for 4 people. It is full equipped. There is still something for you in the fridge :-) There is one double bed in the bedroom and an additional double bed (sofa-bed) in the kitchen. It is in the 3-rd floor in a very nice art Nouveau style house.
