It is located 500 meters after the exit of the village, on the edge of a road, just close enough to get bread on foot or by bike. The exterior, very flowery, is maintained at a minimum in order to favor biodiversity. If you're looking for a house with nothing that stands out, it's not here ;)

Peaceful and centrally-located charming cottage. This 45 m2 accommodation with its independent entrance is located on our property with its terrace on a very quiet residential street. It offers space for max. 4 people (we recommend 2 adults + 2 children), Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and washing machine. You will have no difficulty parking, parking in front is free. We are just minutes from the airport, Groupama Stadium and Eurexpo and Lyon.

Small functional house (80 m2) with terrace (40 m2) and garden. Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Your cottage is ideal for a couple with a baby, with its shared bedroom upstairs (double bed + baby bed + child bed), as well as a living room on the ground floor with a sofa that converts into 2 single beds, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a large south-facing terrace.

Located at an altitude of 800 m in the small hamlet of St Marcel d'en Haut located on the heights of the village of Chapareillan in the Chartreuse Mountains.
