Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

Qui potrete assaporare la quiete ad un passo da Verona e dal lago di Garda immersi nelle viti della Valpolicella. "La Casetta" si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The apartment is 60m2 with King size double bedroom with a balcony, spacious bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed, kitchen and dining table. Common areas are atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection

The apartment, recently renovated, offers two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a third room with the possibility of setting up an additional single bed. The kitchen is large and bright. Various appliances and utensils are available, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave oven, a moka coffee pot... The climate is independent. There is a private garage, 7 m long and 2.60 m wide.
