This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

Welcome to our Icelandic horse farm, idyllically located on the outskirts between hop fields, meadows and forests in the middle of the Hallertau. We live in the approx. 100-year-old farmhouse with barn and a beautiful garden. Our Icelandic horses have spacious open stables and surrounding pasture to feel comfortable. Of course, there is no shortage of dogs and cats to pet and love, but also rabbits and chickens run across your path.

The apartment has its own entrance. Via the staircase you can get to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the eat-in kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. Through an open passage you enter the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
