Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Modern 2 Zi. App. in Bonn

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Vacation home getaway

Our cottage is located on a sunny hillside in the middle of the beautiful low mountain landscape and is the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours. The house is new and was completed in April 2022. Children are welcome here. A lockable garage for bicycles, strollers, etc. with e-bike charging facilities, as well as a garden with barbecue area, sun loungers and play facilities for children are free of charge We look forward to seeing you soon. The accommodation is located directly on the beautiful swimming lake Waldsee Rieden in the first row! You'll love my place because of the beautiful swimming lake right outside the front door with completely free, fantastic views of the lake from the living room or from the terrace, the hiking opportunities on three dream trails, the cozy sauna, the perfect equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and smaller groups...

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. On the spacious courtyard with ample parking, you can charge your electric car for free. 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 single bed (80 cm). The bakehouse accommodates up to four guests. The large entrance area features the impressive old bread oven – a true highlight.
