Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date back to the 14th century and survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located in a quiet street a stone's throw away from the IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

Welcome to our recently sustainable cozy house across the IJssel, in the quiet neighborhood of “de Worp”. Within walking distance of the IJssel, the park for a nice picnic and the city center (via the ferry). After a day out, you can turn on the wood stove at home (inside or outside). You will have the entire house with 2 large bedrooms (single duvets or double) at your disposal. Cots still fit next to it (but bring your own). Two bicycles can be used free of charge.

During your stay in this spacious detached house, on the edge of the Lampenbroek nature reserve, you can enjoy a panoramic view with the setting sun. There is complete privacy and a magnificent view from the terrace, kitchen and bedroom over the nature reserve. Waking up overlooking wild deer from your bed. Within a stone's throw, there are beautiful hiking routes through the Lampenbroek and the Empe-Tondense heath, and beautiful cycling routes to the Veluwe start.

Charming paradise on the IJssel

We have expanded this former farmhouse into a nice house. We have a large garden of 5000 m2 with a lovely covered niche to sit outside dry and at the back a high terrace overlooking the wide garden and large swimming pond. Behind the hedge, there is a wood-fired "barrel" sauna. There is also an orchard with pears, plums and apples and walnuts... a secret path to a chalet in the back of the garden and everywhere a beautiful view over the IJssel.

The guest house is located in the original front house of a rural house. From the kitchen, from the couch or from the spacious garden you look out over the newly landscaped orchard, over the meadows towards the setting sun. The house is new and fresh and fully equipped. The final 'details' are currently being finalized. In the area are many beautiful cycling routes and beautiful nature areas to walk. The landlords are happy to advise on this.
