The house is located in the middle of Vordingborg, Næstved and Præstø in peaceful and scenic surroundings. Walking distance to the fjord. Close to Svinø beach, Avnø nature center and the Zealand trail. Close to shopping. Entrance to the house is shared with the owner.

With just 50 meters to shopping, the town square and main street, you are close to everything and can enjoy your vacation in this little gem, which is located on a small cul-de-sac. With a 5-minute walk, you are up in the medieval castle area, which has beautiful ruins, Denmark's Castle Center, Botanical Garden and views of the harbor and the Farø bridges. And it's only a 10-minute walk to a forest.

Guesthouse Refshalegården

Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. We have tried to decorate our guest house as we think is nice. Let us know if you're missing anything!

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Light and Nordic inspired studio located close to Vordingborg center and marina. Quiet area, free parking and both nature and town outside the door. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

A perfect spa get away for 2 in this wonderful cottage on the edge of the forest. The house offers 1 large bedroom and 1 office with stylish and comfortable décor. The living room has high ceilings and large windows that let nature come in. You can enjoy the large garden where the sun shines from morning to evening or enjoy uninterrupted time in front of the fireplace or in the hot tub in the garden. Bathrope, slippers, towels ect., everything included that you need for your spa get-away.

Our red pearl is located directly on Avnø Fjord in South Zealand. The fjord is ideal for swimming, fishing and SUP. The fjord is very child-friendly and without current. The house has a living area of 62 sqm and is well maintained and newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms (one single and one double). In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be folded out. The property is 1200 sqm and offers the possibility to play ball, to make yourself comfortable in the hammock, etc..

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.
