"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

In a restored outbuilding, you will find comfort and serenity conducive to rest and discovery. A few kilometers from the Château d'Azay le Rideau, and 50 minutes from the Futuroscope, you will have within easy reach the centers of interest that will suit you. Close to the Chinon vineyard and the medieval city, your cottage is conveniently located for discovering Touraine and its architectural gems (Saché, Rigny-Ussé, Villandry, Amboise, Chenonceau, Blois, Chambord).

Direct access to country roads will appeal to hikers, on foot or by bike, along the Loire or on the hillsides. No pets allowed without our consent.

La Bardoire, beautiful farmhouse with pool

Quietly located in a hamlet 5 minutes from Chenonceaux, discover this farmhouse in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region and 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo. This 2-story accommodation has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8-10. On its wooded plot open to nature, you will fully enjoy a heated swimming pool accessible from spring break until All Saints' Day, a petanque court and a pond with landscaped surroundings.

The Secretariat

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture. From 05/15 to 09/30, if weather conditions permit, you can enjoy the heated and secure pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. We can provide you with baby accessories:

Private floor with exteriors (key exchange).

The accommodation, upstairs of a house, includes two 15 m² bedrooms (double beds) with a bathroom and private toilet. Available on the same level, an equipped mezzanine: kitchenette, non-convertible sofa, table, 2 refrigerators, microwave, classic mini oven, two coffee makers (one with filters, the other with Nespresso, Dolce Gusto or Senséo capsules), kettle.

Air conditioning, swimming pool. You don't book here by chance.

Le Grillon is a detached, air-conditioned bungalow located between Tours and Amboise, 15 minutes from each. A sun-heated swimming pool at the end of the flower-filled garden. Outdoor lounge under a parasol. In the evening, crickets, and a sky big enough for shooting stars.
