Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

The apartment has a nice big terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The city is nice with 7 beaches, a lot of good resturants and many possibilities from good resturants to going hiking in Natinal park of Plitvice which is 40 min from the apartment to going swimming, jet skis, renting a boat, a lot of islands near, going out and enjoying. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
