Marin is a super host, immediately very helpful and upon arrival he also helped us bring our suitcases into the house, he recommended and explained everything perfectly. The house inside is small but equipped with everything ( also the super equipped kitchen). Obviously we fell in love with the terrace of his little house but what to say, everything was perfect. I would go back , thank you Marin!

Apartment has a great location, very quiet. The beach is easily accessible by stairs (about 5 - 10 minutes). City center easily accessible on foot, about 10 - 15 min in the center. Opatija itself has everything you could ask for. Live music evening, great well-kept park. Great restaurants (Italian, sushi, classic Croatian, decent with burger, etc. everything available). Supermarket is available in the center. SPAR supermarket also available, but only recommended by car!! On foot you have a lot of stairs in front of you (about a 15 - 20-minute walk). Great and long beach pamphlet for long walks. Lots of great hotels in design. Everything is available for a quite medium-sized city. You are again.

The hostess was super friendly, very accommodating and always available. The apartment was impeccable and just as we imagined it from the description. Highly recommended and for us an apartment that we would like to book again.

The loft is a beautiful apartment in a great central location. The check in instructions were very clear which made the whole thing easy. The apartment is beautiful and bright and was super clean. The building is very characterful but be prepared to walk lots of steps. We will definitely stay again when next in Rijeka.

Our stay was fantastically beautiful. The loft was exactly as described in the listing, various appliances such as a gas or charcoal grill as well as refrigerators were also easily available to us. Especially great was also the small nearby beach where there were also great photos. What greatly enriched our vacation, however, were Felix's recommendations. He gave us tips and informed us about various restaurants and also passed on the numbers for attractions such as'Rent a boat‘, jet skiing or for a water park that gave us a lot of fun. In general, we enjoyed our stay at Felix and Ratko's loft and can only recommend a vacation with the two <3

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Great place, down to earth and original!

A comfortable apartment with a fantastic view in a peaceful area. The owner and her daughter are very kind and accommodating. Our kids loved playing in their huge green garden, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, just admiring the view. The apartment inside is a bit old but very cozy and has everything one needs. The location is great for visiting both the seaside and the mountain lakes. We had a very relaxing time. Thanks for your hospitality and the muffins :)

We stayed in the house as a group of ten young people, and it was just perfect for us. The location is ideal, right by the beach and very close to the parties at Zrce Beach. The price-quality ratio is very good. Domagoj is an excellent host, responding very quickly to all questions and requests. If we have to point out any drawbacks, the house (mostly the apartment downstairs) is starting to need a bit of refreshing. We definitely recommend Domagoj’s accommodation and suspect that we will return to his place.

We came just for the night as a middle spot to spot on our drive but we wish we had more time to stay! The house was absolutely stunning and so cozy. We didn’t see the view until morning but it was to die to for. It is so beautiful! There seems like a lot of nature stuff to do in the area so it must be great in the summer. Definitely a place worth staying at! We highly recommend! Only wanted to mention- there is no shampoo, just body wash, so don’t count on it.

Best sea house we ever visited. If you like quiet and peaceful place, this is the best you can find. There is nice terrace hidden in shadow of trees. We were there in early june and everything was very green. We were there with children and they loved it. House is nice and clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

We were completely satisfied. I liked the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need is available. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can take a nice long walk along the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

Very well located apartment and close to the center of Rijeka! The view of the Adriatic Sea is splendid! Great stay!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!
