Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

With its nature, mountains and many places of power, Val Lumnezia invites you to recharge your batteries. Current information: A detached house is currently being built on the neighbouring property. This may result in construction noise at times.

The Brigels, Laax, Obersaxen and Disentis ski resorts can be reached within 10-20 minutes by car. Thanks to the train station 5 minutes away, Tavanasa is also easily accessible by public transport. In addition, a family-friendly sports field is within walking distance.

You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
