The two beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, and there is one 2 × 2 m sofa bed, which is very comfortable as a third bed. In 15 minutes, you can walk through the vineyards to Seußlitzer Castle; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our property; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . An absolutely secluded location on a mountain, between forest and field – in the romantic, park-like garden of Villa Sunnyside, above Pillnitz Castle. It is a kind of hotel room by the forest. What makes it special is that a gable wall is completely glazed, allowing a view of the greenery from the loft bed as well. The cottage can only be heated with an oil radiator and can therefore only be booked in the warmer seasons!

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The tiny house is a cozy little house full of attention to detail. Reduced to the bare essentials and yet comfortably furnished, it offers space to feel good. It has a living area with an integrated kitchenette. A staircase leads to the sleeping gallery, where there is a double bed. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom decorated with original VEB tiles from Boizenburg. In summer, a small private terrace invites you to linger, in winter the cozy crackling fireplace.

The 50-inch TV is equipped with Astra DE and HotBird PL (Canal+) satellite TV, Netflix and Prime. Internet access is via Wi-Fi as well as network.
