Let us share our dream with you! Our home has recently been completed and offers stylish and open plan living with water access 30m away. Watch the children paddle board and swim whilst you relax on our large deck overlooking the peaceful estuary at Rangitahi. A walking track in front of the house meanders through the development and passes The Hut cafe 100m up the road. The laid back vibe of Raglan town is a short 20 minute walk away which is filled with trendy shops, cafes and restaurants.

The entire house is for your use. The Sliding gate, fenced yard, and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year.
