Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

This is our family’s third stay at Charlotte’s and we hope it won’t be our last! Our family feels very comfortable staying here and can’t rave about it enough. There is everything you need, it’s a great location and Charlotte is amazing as a host and communicator. We are so grateful that Charlotte has had us back time and again.

His place was the best to stay with my friends. He is so kind and gave quick response. If I have a chance, I would like to stay again!

Absolutely amazing location amongst rolling farmland. Beautiful, private beach within walking distance, no light pollution equaling breathtaking stars and for the nerds out there - Weathertop from Lord of the Rings is nearby! The house has everything you’d need, including one super soft bed and one super firm bed, satisfying both kinds of picky sleepers. The hosts were very friendly and responsive while also allowing us privacy - if you’re looking for peace and solitude, this property is it! There is zero cell phone coverage in this area but the WiFi worked perfect. We will definitely be back!

Lovely clean house with spacious living areas and a large deck. Great views of estuary. Walking trails close by, and walkable to town. Very enjoyable stay.

We really loved our stay here. Warm and comfortable home, close to all the fun of Raglan but a peaceful suburb with easy access to the water and walks. Super helpful host who gave us the low down on kid friendly activities which made it easy to plan what to do. Thanks so much!

Had a fabulous stay at Inger’s!! Our kids loved the indoor pool table, dart board and basketball hoop - plus the pool and hot tub, they didn’t want to leave! Nice private and secure location, beautiful surroundings and had all the items we needed for a great break!

What a beautiful home. Super spacious, kitchen amazing had everything we needed. Rooms were warm and super comfortable. Lounge area was our most common used room as it was comfy and made us feel at home. Overall this place is super nice, will definitely be back. Host communicated so well. Great stay 👌🏽

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

The place was amazing, really nice and modern. Hosts were very friendly. Highly recommended if you are doing anything g in the Waikato (or Auckland as we did) wasn’t get to and from the expressway.

Our staff onsite enjoyed there time there, only wishing that it wasn't for a work trip so the many luxuries on offer could have been enjoyed more. I needed a place that was peaceful and would allow me to recover and this beautiful cottage provided me with that and more. With a beautiful view from every window and the only sounds being the bird song and the breeze in the trees, it was a perfect place for me to re-energise and refuel. I highly recommend this cottage and the care of the hosts. There was also a much appreciated bag of fresh fejoas and apples - truly spoilt!

Great place for an overnight stay. I arrived after dark and I couldn't see house numbers, so I was a little concerned I had entered the wrong courtyard, but the instructions about the location and where to park helped sort that out a bit. I enjoyed a nice breakfast at the cafe nearby, Songbird.

Greeting with a warm welcome - a lovely little private hideaway, yet close to golf course, Waterworld and surrounding cafes / restaurants.

Great place to stay. Fantastic location within walking distance of parks, restaurants and shops. The house is equipped with everything you need plus some thoughtful extras like toys for the kids and dog! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a comfortable 4 nights at Steve’s place. Enjoyed the lake views and garden, kitchen was well equipped and ease of access to the lake.

Loved the bungalow - it took you back in time with the leadlights but reminded you with all the modern amenities that you were still in the 21st century. It was so close to Claudelands to take a walk to the Zuru night glow and it seemed like everything else was only 10mins away. Thank you for having us and answering all the questions. We had the best time would absolutely visit again.
