WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

The Hayloft is a new barn conversion on our small farm outside the village of Silkstone. Views are some of the best in South Yorkshire, overlooking rolling hills and woodland. This 2 Bed Apartment is a beautiful modern 'home away from home' with all useful amenities. Chantry Waters apartment is centrally located, close to the centre of Wakefield, The Hepworth Gallery, Tileyard North, River Calder & Canal walking and cycling trails. The Yorkshire Sculpture park is 15 mins by car. The apartment comes with secure garaged parking. We are 7 minutes walk away from Wakefield Kirkgate train station. The apartment is deep cleaned before each use.

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants.
