A tastefully furnished loft apartment in the middle of picturesque Colijnsplaat. The perfect base for long walking or cycling trips along the sea or to one of Zeeland's many beautiful villages. A 10-minute walk away is a small beach where you can cool off in the clear waters of the Oosterschelde estuary. Colijnsplaat is a small village, with a large marina and enough restaurants and cafés to eat somewhere different every day of the week without having to leave the village.

De loft aan de historische haven van Middelburg is sinds 2018 smaakvol en authentiek ingericht. Je loopt door de sfeervolle straatjes het mooie centrum in en je hebt een vakantiegevoel door de bootjes in de haven voor de deur. Het strand ligt op 30 min fietsen of 10 min met de auto. En met een eigen gratis parkeerplaats van 1 april t/m 30 september aan de achterkant van de loft. Inchecken via duidelijke instructies. -27 feb 2026: inchecken mogelijk vanaf 17:00 uur.

The studio has a loft-like character with a separate toilet and bathroom. You have a full kitchen including dishwasher and you can enjoy the private balcony facing south.

In the spring of 2017, we transformed the original old bakery into a spacious and cozy 2-person apartment with authentic elements and underfloor heating. Comfortable, Sunny, Spacious, cosy, quiet, rural but central in Zeeland with heating. At a short distance (by car) the cities, of Middelburg, Goes and Vlissingen, Antwerpen, Brugge, Gent. The beach and Sea are a little farther away with 20 min drive. And the cities Brugge and Gent are also at a reasonable distance. A family with 2 young children fits. But 3 Adults is too much.
