Facilities such as a supermarket,bakery,restaurants can be found within walking distance. You can also take the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has, among other things, a double bed, toilet,shower/sink,television, kitchen with coffee/tea facility and hob,private access and terrace.

Middelburg is the cultural capital, the picturesque town of Veere or the maritime city of Vlissingen.

The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the beach. To the cozy village center it is about 300 meters walk also the supermarket is within walking distance. The car can be parked in the driveway. The sliding doors at the front are the front door, the picnic table belongs to the cottage and at the back is a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. The bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds, a cot can be added. High chair and stair gate, etc. are present.

From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique spot with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bike.
