The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is located in front of the door. The tourist tax of €1.30 per person/day is to be paid on site in cash. Friendly contacts exist with the winegrowing families from Meddersheim and with the top wineries Emrich-Schönleber in Monzingen and Dönnhoff in Oberhausen. The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.

The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
