Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

We rent out our newly renovated and lovingly furnished attic apartment in the main house of our yard. The multi-generational farm is located in a secluded location about 400 m in front of the idyllic village of Greußenheim, 12 km west of Würzburg. The apartment is about 50 m2, fully equipped and has a new fitted kitchen. Parking space/garage for a car is available. The nearest bus stop is about a five-minute walk away (direction: Würzburg and Marktheidenfeld).

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Main bike path.
