Well-coming in Niedersfeld How nice that you chose our completely renovated apartment. With our apartment, we would like to offer you the right framework for your vacation for your individual vacation in Niedersfeld. Our modern 50 sqm apartment for two to four people is located on the ground floor on one floor with a large south-facing balcony and direct lake view from the living room. All rooms are flooded with light and equipped with warm wall paints. Very quiet, yet central location in a cul-de-sac and with its own parking space, right in front of the house. Two bedrooms, a living room with a new and fully equipped kitchen, a noble flooring, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and built-in vanity should help you to spend the most beautiful days and weeks of the year in a relaxed and relaxing way. In the second bedroom, there is a new box spring bed with topper and the double bed in the bedroom was also supplemented with a topper for your restful sleep. You reach the Hillebachsee with its own water ski system and beach in a few steps. A bakery, butcher, grocery store as well as a cafe are right on site. Winterberg with the ski carousel, the bobsled run, bowling alley, mountain biking, go-kart track as well as versatile hiking trails to the Hochheide hut and the Bruchhausener stones can also be reached in minutes. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed for allergic reasons. Some impressions of our apartment can be found in the picture gallery. We are very much looking forward to your inquiry and hope to welcome you as our guests soon. Winterberg charges a spa fee of €1.95 per person per day for all guests. Children up to the end of the age of 15 do not pay a spa fee, but have the same Disposals like adults but must also be declared. The laundry is not on offer with us.

There are 6 beds available, a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven, a Nescafe machine etc. Nice view of the Hillebachsee from the balcony. Walking distance to the Wakepark @ Hillebachsee, possibility of water skiing and hiking. Starting point for many hikes and bike trails. Nearest skilifts are Eschenberglifte (3km) and Ruhrquelle (5 km). Skiliftkaroussel of Winterberg 8km distance. 1 pet allowed.

Hello from the time out at the lake. We welcome you to our 66 sqm vacation apartment in Winterberg / Niedersfeld at the Hillebachsee. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy vacation. The view from the balcony of the mountains , the surrounding countryside and the Hillebachsee are simply beautiful. Here you can start the morning comfortably. The two bedrooms are both equipped with box spring beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped. ( no dishwasher)
