Es hat einen separaten Eingang und liegt im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Kostenfreier WLAN Zugang ist eingerichtet. In dem Wohn-Schlafzimmer für 1-2 Personen gibt es keine Küche, aber die Möglichkeit sich ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine , ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Geschirr und Gläser sind vorhanden.

Keep in mind! Starting March 1, 2025, there will be a full closure of the B49 between Lay and Moselweiss. Start of the construction of a cycle path. This means that a detour towards Koblenz of plus 12 km (approx. 15 min longer drive) is to be expected. Buses will be diverted. In our super cozy basement apartment you are only 250 m from the Moselle. Less than a 10-minute drive and you can reach the beautiful old town and city center of Koblenz by bus or car. On 40 m², a high-quality 1.80 m x 2.00 m box spring bed awaits you in which you will sleep heavenly, 2 large windows with plenty of light despite the basement and a fully equipped kitchen. On a small corner sofa you can relax in the evening in front of the 48-inch TV. The bathroom is separate (shower).

Welcome to the Middle Ages! Martinsburg is one of the few never destroyed castles of the Middle Rhine Valley, where the building fabric is actually centuries old. We have carefully renovated the parlor of the gatekeeper, about 50 m2, and approached today's needs with shower and toilet. However, you have to climb 45 steps before you can settle down comfortably. In good weather you can also linger in the flower corner in the castle courtyard or explore the castle park on the Rhine.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet yet central location between the Rhine and Moselle. Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. The bright apartment on the first floor offers space for 3 people with one bedroom (box spring bed 1.40 x 2.00) and a sofa bed. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped. 1 parking space is available free of charge. On request, it is possible to have a bread roll service. I live next door and am therefore happy to answer any questions.
