Stroll right in front of the front door along the Karl-Heine Canal, take a canoe tour or indulge in one of the many local restaurants. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of Plagwitz and of course the sun, if it shines :)

Cozy apartment in the attic of a very well-maintained apartment building. There is a bed and a sofa bed as well as a kitchenette and a large bathroom with shower. Right in front of the house is a parking space for a car. The old town, the castle, the cathedral and the train station are within walking distance. Other excursion destinations such as Lake Geiseltal are quickly accessible by car or by bicycle. A crib and highchair are also available.

Leipzig Central Station is accessible by tram (which can be reached on foot in 6 minutes) within 30 minutes. There is also a shopping facility within a 5-minute walk. Certainly you can get one or the other extra from me by arrangement.:)

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

We offer a beautiful flat in the Gohlis neighborhood of Leipzig. The flat is fully furnished with everything you need for a short or long stay. The location is very central, with a tram and a bus stop right in front of the door, and an Sbahn station 500m away. It only takes you 10 minutes to the center by tram.
