We offer a beautiful, newly renovated 30 m² apartment in a very quiet location in southwest Leipzig. Here you can relax with birdsong. The apartment consists of a friendly, bright eat-in kitchen (equipped), a bathroom & a toilet with shower. Parking spaces for cars or trucks are available. Included in the price are Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The apartment is 6 km from 3 swimming lakes. The A38 is 3 km away. Local transport is nearby (downtown fare Leipzig).

Right in front of the house is a parking space for a car. The old town, the castle, the cathedral and the train station are within walking distance. Other excursion destinations such as Lake Geiseltal are quickly accessible by car or by bicycle. A crib and highchair are also available.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
