For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

We are also a 10 minute drive from New Haven, home to Yale University, Yale Hospital and other colleges/universities. Our guests also gain access to Johnsons' Beach, a private residents only beach, located just around the corner from the home(4min walk/900ft)

The beautiful "School House" sits in the heart of Westville, New Haven's most artsy and eclectic neighborhood. The "School House" is a 15 minute walk to the Westville Concert bowl, and the Yale Football stadium for an easy commute to a concert or game. Just a one minute walk to the center of Westville you will find Lotta's artist studio, Bella's restaurant, RAWA, Pistachio Coffee and Manjares Tapas & Wine, as well as the famous Camacho Garage restaurant amongst other attractions.

Bright and private, this 2nd-floor apartment has everything you need! Features a full kitchen, laundry, and easy highway access. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac near great local bars and restaurants. Enjoy Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Dedicated parking is behind the left garage. FYI: I host card games in the garage below until 11:30 PM, but my guests won't use the driveway. Plus, feel free to use the grill and small patio behind the garage! A cozy, homey retreat for your stay.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage 200 yards from the lake. Large bathroom with shower, heated floors and laundry. Full kitchen, living room with sofa and TV and wifi. Bedroom has a long double Tempurpedic bed. Finished porch with dining table/ chairs and a desk/work area. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, Patio with gas grill, popcorn air popper, rice and vegetable steamer. WIFI printer. Pack and play upon request. Washer and dryer, hair dryer.
