Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

This small, newly renovated and modern apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Bad Fallingbostel. From here, well-known amusement parks such as Heide Park - Soltau, Serengeti - Park Hodenhagen or the World Bird - Park Walsrode can be reached quickly and easily by car. The cities of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen are easily accessible by car, but also by train. The heart of our Lüneburg Heath is the beautiful old town of Lüneburg and is always worth a visit.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km away. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is just around the corner.

Vacation home Am Allerbogen

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, which is right on the edge of the forest. Beautiful hiking trails and the beautiful Aller cycle path lead past the house. Canoe rental and riding club in the village. A pasture with shelter for horses can be provided for €20 per night. Dogs on request. We have dogs here ourselves. Self-catering in the equipped kitchen. The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

Domicile for relaxation

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Vacation apartment on the farm

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is an apartment in the countryside, there are of course also some flies and mosquitoes. A bottle of mosquito spray is therefore not a bad companion.

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
