had a wonderful stay! excellent location, beautiful views, & great hosts! Comfy & secluded, would recommend to anyone looking for a genuine Maine experience, nearby towns are full of fun shops & local eats! would stay again!

The apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed- a full kitchen, relaxing living area, and cozy bedrooms. It was absolutely squeaky clean and neat as well! The location was quiet with beautiful forest scenery, and it was not too far from downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia, which we were very grateful for. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Maine!

The view was stunning, and I loved how the house was fully equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t say enough about Craig’s beautiful lakeside cottage. If you like remote, peaceful and being close to nature this is for you. The house and contents seemed brand new and they had thought of everything we could want, right down to pancake mix, maple syrup and Maine blueberries for our breakfasts. An easy drive to Acadia. Craig was communicative, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and hope we’ll be back.
