Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The former farmhouse from 1864, a clay brick building with a saddle roof, is idyllically and quietly located, directly behind an old dyke. The house "Lee" is ideal for families and groups of 8 people, up to 12 people (with bunk beds) possible. The spacious, wildly romantic property with a view of the dyke foreland has ample space for socializing and offers optimal opportunities for a relaxing vacation.
