Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

A few minutes from the famous promenade "Am alten Strom" and approx. 10 minutes' walk from the beach, my little maritime furnished apartment awaits you. The highlight is the beach chair by the sea, which is available to all guests free of charge (May - Sep).

The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.

Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool. The Villa Ostseenordstern is located in the heart of the Baltic seaside resort Warnemünde, in a quiet yet central location. It was extensively renovated in 2019/2020. Stylishly furnished apartments or studios for 2 to 4 people each await you. The bright studio of approx. 24 m² on the 2nd floor has a spacious living and sleeping area with fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with generous shower.

Beach-close apartment "AM NEPTUN" with Wi-Fi & bicycles

Small apartment (approx. 36 m²) in the basement of a city villa with separate entrance. The famous Hotel Neptun is only about 100 m away. You can't get much more beachfront. The entrance is via an electronic lock. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, FireTV - the kitchen in addition with Senseo and soda stream.
