Zu Fuß sind es nur 450 m zum Rathaus und 900 m zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet, hat Küche, Duschbad, SZ mit Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und ein WZ mit Esstisch und Schlafcouch (1,40x2,00m). Ein 2. Ausgang in den Garten bietet ein lauschiges Plätzchen zum Durchatmen.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place is located between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - ideal but for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair on request. Dogs are always welcome at my place!

The 35m2 apartment is only about 700m away from the fine sandy beach. The Baltic Sea spa Graal Müritz is a very quiet holiday resort directly on the Baltic Sea. Beach, restaurant and shopping are within walking distance. The apartment has a kitchen, a well-kept bathroom and an entire living & bedroom. There are 2 + 1 sleeping possibilities. Consists of a double bed and a pull-out couch for max. 1 toddler. We can also add a travel bed upon request.

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people, located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage.
