Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

We rent the modernly equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and 5 beds (+ 1 cot) in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully situated village and belongs to the city. The Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins directly behind the house, and the Warnow river is right next to it. The city centre and Warnemünde are within easy reach. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are available.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - ideal but for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair on request. Dogs are always welcome at my place!
