Monthly Rentals in Warren Park

Jarrett’s place was as described and looked just like the photos. When walking in, the home smelled clean and provided a comfortable feeling. The mattress was very comfortable as well. There were a few minor things that I personally would have liked to seen but not worth deducting due to personal taste. For example, the smaller bedroom had dark curtains while the larger bedroom did not have any curtains just blinds. This made it difficult to sleep. Also, the blinds in the bathroom were slightly broken and for it being a bathroom I personally would prefer blinds that weren’t. However, the window does face the yard/alley. Again, this is a personal preference. The home otherwise was comfortable, clean and minimally decorated nicely.

Everything about the home was perfect! Check-in was very easy, the backyard was fenced in for our dogs, the inside of the home was very clean and minimalistic. This was a great find for an even better price. My dogs are not used to neighbors and are from rural SC, so when the neighbor dog was let out and came aggressively towards our’s they were freaked out a little bit. Our dogs were fine otherwise!

Thanks for the stay! We had an all weekend event at Warren Central High School which is only 3 minutes away. it was very convenient for my family. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.
