A 2-storey-apartment offering over 500 square feet of living space in a traditional heritage building from the 1800s right in Soest’s old historic centre. Location: Downtown, right next to the historic wall surrounding the city. 5 mins by foot to the market square. The house was completely renovated in 2014. The apartment offers accomodations for up to 4 people, 1 bed 160cm, 1 sofa bed 140cm, kitchen, bathroom equipped with a shower, living room. Towels and bedding are provided.

Rural yet close to the city. A variety of excursion destinations and hiking trails within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. Spacious and well-equipped. Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Luxurious house, Barrel-Sauna, Beautiful nature

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it's already "super cozy" in the place. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not a MUST. Charming house "Alte Försterei" in Sauerland

This historic 19th century house with modern interior (6-10 Guests) is part of the Bruchhausen Castle Estate with a view on the Castle and the park. The house is very bright, has a private garden and terrasse as well as outside parkingspace for two cars. From the house you can see on top of the mountaine the 4 massiv rocks "Bruchhauser Steine".

Our approx. 80 square meter, cozy apartment with private entrance and private terrace is located just 500 meters from the shore promenade of Lake Sorpe! "Our St. Tropez is called Sorpesee!" Endless hiking trails directly from our house. An ideal location for extended bike and motorcycle tours.
