Nice updated efficiency apartment located in the pool house at the Scarborough House in rural Stantonsburg. ~20 min from I-95, restaurants, shopping areas in Wilson, 25 min to Greenville, 30 min to Rocky Mount. House is inside the pool area - not suitable for families with small children or anyone who cannot swim as this house is inside the gate. Welcome, this unit is less then a mile away from downtown Greenville which has a very nice assortment of restaurants, clubs and bars all in walking distance. You will be able to see the bridge light up every night from your bedroom window and back porch the house is placed directly beside the Greenville bridge and park which host many events/concerts on the weekends and it is connected to a 3 mile greenway great for walking/running/bike riding. The neighborhood is very friendly!
