Monthly Rentals in Washington Township

Loved our stay with Aaron and Alissa! Such a personal and wonderful experience. We parked our car and didn’t move it until after our stay because we had everything we needed at a walkable distance. Aaron and Alissa provided a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay. Popping down to the studio to say hello was a great part of the trip! I’d recommend the place to all and will definitely be seeking out their place again if I stay in broad ripple.

This place was absolutely amazing. This is the second Airbnb I have ever stayed in and it was insanely comfortable. I never had such a home feeling experience. I didn’t even want to leave I loved it so much. So beautiful and spacious. The area was also very nice and quiet. The host made everything really simple for us. 10 out of 10.

Stayed at Benjamin's for a month with our pack and had a fantastic stay! He was very responsive and personable - fixed the dryer the same day we let him know it wasn't working correctly. Perfect location to walk to Broadripple to enjoy all the restaurants and shops there. Place could not have been more convenient - the fully fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs and the neighborhood was very friendly. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone with pets or otherwise!
