The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. High-quality, lovingly & ecologically renovated apartment on the first floor of a historic building (built ~1520) in a cul-de-sac in the middle of Fulda. The city center is a 3-minute walk. The apartment is equipped with high-quality underfloor heating, solid wood floorboards, kitchen incl. dishwasher & oven, bathroom, stereo & TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer. Idyllic farm right on the Fulda

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.
