This glamping site is a hidden gem, with beautiful sunset views and water all around for kayaking or boating. It was our second time and won’t be our last.

This was our second time staying at Jackie’s home and we can’t wait to return again soon! The space is perfectly located just a short walk from downtown Greenport. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend stay.

We lived our stay at Carey’s place and plan to come back next year. Amazing location if you want to relax and take a few days away from the city. The house is very cozy and comfortable with a great backyard facing the water. Thanks Carey!!

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on the North Fork. Stayed off-season-calm, peaceful and relaxing setting with breathtaking views of the bay. The cottage had everything I needed and felt cozy and welcoming immediately. And very clean. Andrew was friendly, efficient and well organized. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for some R and R!

I enjoyed every minute of my quick escape to Montauk! Check in and out was simple and convenient. The room was clean, private, and peaceful. Plus location has a beautiful view and is within steps to the beach.

A brief stay but a great stay. It was offseason but we got lucky with sunny October weather. The stay was less than a 5 minute drive from the main village with tons of shops, cafes, etc.. the room itself had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean and comfy. Nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking included. Overall a very nice stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We visited the area for a family gathering, and this was a perfect place for us. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and the sitting rooms had plenty of space for all of us (6 adults). A few in our group needed to work remotely and found the basement ideal for meetings. We didn't use the pool (too early in the year, and the weather was cold and rainy anyway). But the jacuzzi was a hit! Vanessa was great to work with and very responsive to questions.

Had a relaxing weekend in Greenport and absolutely loved this condo. The water views were perfect and it was a short drive into downtown Greenport for excellent restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

Second time staying here, and the house was again a lovely, relaxing place to stay. We'll stocked kitchen, spacious refrigerator, comfortable furniture, and magnificent views of the bay. New gates on the deck are a nice addition, as they would prevent small children or pets from wandering off.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

Eleni is the most responsive host I’ve ever had. Any question I had before and during the stay, she answered right away. The home has everything you need. The views are breathtaking with amazing decks and a beach to relax on. The rooms are all clean with all the linens you should need. I would definitely recommend.

We recently stayed at David's property, enchanted by the ocean view through the lush trees. The clean private balcony presented a captivating panorama. Inside, the accommodation was comfortable with a spotless bathroom and room. Although there was an older wardrobe, the home was well-appointed with super-fast WiFi over 100mbps, Netflix, YouTube, AC, ceiling fans, and a kitchen equipped with essential appliances and utensils. David's place also offered a private entrance, parking, self-check-in with a unique code, and an outdoor dining table, contributing to a secure and convenient stay. The quiet neighborhood, just 30 seconds from beach stairs, created a serene ambiance. The 5 mph property speed limit ensures safety for children. In summary, David's ocean-view property offered a tranquil retreat with modern comforts and an attentive host. Ideal for those seeking peaceful surroundings and convenience, we highly recommend David's place for an unforgettable experience.

My family (toddler and a newborn) and I stayed for a month at Jennifer's listing, and we loved every second of it. The house is beautiful and spacious, even better than the pictures. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The kids slept better there than they do at home :) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a month, and plenty of settings for a big family dinner. The location was perfect - right on the bay and close enough to main street with plenty of restaurants. Jennifer was lovely to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at Mae's lovely house several times, in many different seasons, and once again it did not disappoint. Excellent fireplace, comfortable furnishings, nicely equipped kitchen, stylish bathroom. And the gorgeous view of the pond and its abundant birdlife is always a treat. We can't wait for our next visit!

Very nice house with a private ponton access to the little lake. The house is fully equipped with games and water sports. It was our first time in the Hamptons and the house was ideally located. We will come back during the summer
