It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard.
