Monthly Rentals in Wayland

Beautiful getaway right outside of Boston in a lovely town I would recommend Dean’s place to anyone visiting Boston that did not want to stay in the busy city but fairly close. The home was a unique with a great small back yard, parking, fire pit this tiny home is perfecto.

We had a great time at Carries place while visiting family. It rained the whole weekend so we didn't spend much time outside, but we enjoyed drinking morning coffee while watching the pond, including wildlife such as a swan! The apartment was comfortable and clean! There was no clutter which helped us relax since we have a toddler. We would love to stay at Carries place again!

Ting Mao's place was a last-minute lifesaver for me and my family, as work on our house took longer than expected. He was incredibly flexible with our check-in time and worked with us every step of the way. Communication was excellent—he was very responsive and easy to reach. The home was spotless, check-in was seamless, and there was convenient parking available. The house itself is spacious, and we really appreciated the multi-level layout. I would definitely stay there again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michelle and Tommy's house! They are amazing hosts - very responsive and accommodating. The house was great - a well-stocked kitchen, well-appointed rooms, very comfortable beds and beautiful and quiet surroundings. We loved the walking/biking trail that was just a few blocks away. We will definitely be back! Thank you Michelle and Tommy!
