Holiday rentals with a kayak in Weeki Wachee River

This place was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and how open the inside was. The screened porch area was great to relax without worrying about bugs. The lights in the back made night fishing and hanging outside longer possible, and we really enjoyed that. We would definitely book this place again!

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

The home was very clean and had a very comfortable "at home" feeling when you walked in. very organized. The games they had were so fun! kids loved the spring in the back. so peaceful. would def recommend to others! host is very responsive and helpful!

Great family trip! Two couples with six kids total. Plenty of room for everyone. The water, river and dock were great. TONs of wildlife right from the back yard. If you bring your boat, the Hernando Beach Flats are a short ride away. Can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

Thank you for a welcoming place to rest for a few days. There was a lot to do, including kayaking and games. We appreciated the little things like having ice in the freezer and a spare fan! The beds were comfortable. This is one of our favorite places to catch some rest and relaxation. We had a front row seat to observe the wildlife and it didn’t disappoint! We will gladly return for future adventures! Thank you!!!

We had an amazing 2 week stay. The house backs onto the water, which is absolutely stunning & peaceful. We used the kayaks to check out the area and our dog laid on the dock and watched the birds. The house had everything you could need. It was actually much bigger than it looked. Lots of towels and bedding etc. Sandy was super responsive and helpful. Even giving an all too helpful ice cream parlor review 😄 which became a too frequent outing. The location is great. For us, so much was within 1 hour of the house. World class beaches, mermaids, state parks. We were so sad to leave and hope to be back again someday!

We had an amazing 3 days at Sally's place! The house was clean and comfortable and we especially loved the use of kayaks right off the dock. We saw manatees right off the dock two of the days that we were there! We kayaked upstream toward the state park and downstream toward Rogers park every day. Sally recommended bug spray and that is for sure important! We cooked out one night on the charcoal grill, but there are also great restaurants nearby. It's a quick trip to the main road with all the stores you'll need. Sally was very communicative and responded right away to any questions that I had. We would stay here again!

We stayed at Nancy’s place for a family get together and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of amenities to use! We immediately felt at home and loved spending time on the expansive back patio, swimming in the canal, or kayaking on the main river right around the corner. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and i came down for springbreak from michigan and absolutely loved our stay!!! The house had everything you could think of to need from beach towels, chairs, sunglasses, fishing poles. They had cabinets full of games to play with the family!! My son stayed outside every chance he could to fish, we jumped off the dock to swim, went out kayaking and saw dolphins in the back yard (have to be out before sunrise). The master bedroom has an amazing jet tub that this mama used to relax in every night before bed and it made me sleep like a baby! Back yard was fenced so our pup could go in and out whenever he liked, he loved it. We will most definitely rent this home again for our next flordia trip!!!

Dream cottage was just that! It’s a quiet spot in the perfect location! We saw dolphins, and manatees! Brian was super awesome, and right next door! The remodel of the place was adorable and it was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Place was perfect for hitting the spring to go kayaking daily. Kayaks were really nice. The neighbors were both super friendly. Definitely will be back. ✌🏽

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. The host said the river was magic—and it truly was. We saw several manatees, including one right off the back dock! The kayaks were a big hit, and the whole family had a great time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Airbnb! The location on the river is great. It’s a little farther upstream, so there were less people than some other places I’ve stayed on the river. The mornings on the dock were especially lovely. Lots of nature! I saw lots of deer, and a wide variety of birds- including a big, beautiful owl! The house was very well stocked and very clean. The use of life vests, kayaks and paddle boards were wonderful to have as well! My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. I will definitely book again.

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!
