The 95-square-metre house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Even in the greatest heat, it is pleasantly cool and the pool is right around the corner. Wine tastings are possible at the winery next door. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

The fully equipped four-room duplex apartment on the second floor is spread over about 100 m². You can reach the world-famous Rothenburg ob der Tauber with its many sights, which is only 17 km away, by bike.
