Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. The apartment is located very quietly close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. By car, it takes about 8 minutes to get to the city center or train station and 5 minutes to the university. About 100 m from the apartment, you will find the bus stop on weekdays, buses run in different directions every 16 minutes. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

Vacation apartment in the musicians' house

The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
