There are two holiday homes on our property, which covers approximately 2,000 m². The roof surfaces are well insulated on both the inside and the outside. The holiday home is cosy and quiet. All rooms have windows. One car parking space is available on the property for the holiday home. If you need parking for multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces available nearby. The S-Bahn station, the ferry terminal and the outdoor swimming pool are about 500 metres away. There are a wide range of options for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.

The cozy coach house in the rear of the property of Villa Golding on the edge of the Dresden Heath offers special charm. On the first floor, you will find the living area with kitchen and dining area. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds, from which you enter the terrace. The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside.
