The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Relax in a quiet, private accommodation. A break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the middle of nature, on a private forest property. You can watch the birds of the area and discover new species again and again. Unobserved by glances in the middle of 5000 m², relax in the sauna, lie in the sun and just be. The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.
