Our charming, child-friendly holiday home offers everything you need for relaxing days – in a small space, but with a lot of heart. The house is located on a sunny, open plot, which is particularly suitable for couples and popular with small families: the children can let off steam on the trampoline, while the adults enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden. And the best part: you can walk to the fine sandy beach in just a few minutes. You can leave your car on the property.

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

The new apartment "Ankerplatz" is on the ground floor. It is located at the back of a well-kept new single-family house in Stein and is completely separate and self-sufficient. The resort town of Stein is right on the Kiel Fjord. The Baltic Sea beaches are within walking distance. A long and wide dike promenade in the immediate vicinity of the beach invites you to take long walks and bike tours in the surrounding recreational areas of Wendtorf and Laboe.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Through the large windows with terrace access in the bedroom and living room you look directly into the adjacent garden. It is ideally suited for 1 to 5 people.

The stylish 1-room apartment is located in a non-smoking house and is barrier-free.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you want to jump into the sea in the morning, a nice walk will take you to the nearby bathing area in about 10 minutes. Afterwards you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dinner or stroll.
